Michael arrived within the allotted time.
He was cheerful, very personable and respectful of our property.
Michael worked quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was absolutely amazing
I would highly recommend Michael and will be definitely using him again.

Super happy with Micheal’s work. Very thorough with attention to detail. Fixed a leak at the back of the toilet that was pretty difficult to diagnose.

Dear Michael,
Thank you for answering my call on Friday and attending my house on Saturday to start and finish the Valves for both pipes
Work on my main feed and shower feed.
GOOD JOB!! thank you.
Micheal had called when he was ready to come round, texted and kept my partner informed. On the work he was carrying out. My partner has 60% hearing loss. He said that Michael was extremely helpful and caring.
kindest regards,
Kuldip

Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. Job well done - there were unforeseen complications but Michael took it in his stride and wasn't at all preturbed - just got on with it. Very professional. Job completed to very high standard. Tidied up afterwards and left everything clean. Fairly priced - would highly recommend 👍👍👍

It's very rare to meet a plumber with such integrity and dedication to his craft. We just came back from being away since last year and noticed that we had an issue with the toilet early in the morning.
Immediately searched through Google and saw many ads. After reading some of the reviews on Your plumbing services, we reached out and Michael got back to us.
With a photo sent, he was transparent on estimated costs which was great value compared to others and could come out same day.
Job done by early afternoon but afterwards noticed that water was reaching the overflow pipe. I messaged and he was able to come back and fix it later that day.
Overall, an outstanding experience and would highly recommend!

Not all heros wear capes!!
Honestly guys, don't call anyone else, especially the 3rd party where they find one in your area.. They will rip you off to the max & I just know with the problem I had it would of cost me so much more!!
Michael and JD have gone above and beyond & determined to sort me out.
I honestly can't praise them enough.
Thank you both 🙏 🙏

Yet again came to my rescue!!
Boiler problems & even though it was late when I called Michael came out & again saved me. I truly can't recommend these guys enough. Even though it was a pain in the rear, he never gave up.
Please, as I said up top 👆 don't go through 3rd party companies you see first on Google.

At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense!
After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Where do I start? A broken and leaking toilet on new years day and bieng the only toilet in the house of 5 of us. Called Michael in the morning and within no time he was here and straight to work. He knew exactly what the issue was and had the toilet running in no time. Price was fantastic, work was carried out fast and professionally and Michael is an absolute gentleman. It was like watching a magician work! I will be using Michael for any issues I may have and recommend him to all friends and family for sure. Thank you very very much Michael!
