I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. He came promptly and spent good time getting the job done. Clear proof is that it's been almost 2 months since then and fortunately no problem / leakage at all!
